    • paul vigna

Aunt Gina is a friend of my moms and this is were my family(mom, grandma, grandpa & rest of the family) grew up and were raised on Authur Ave. Please sign this petition !!!! I almost feel like because of the way our Italian families are brought up arent good enough for “TV” Like it or Dislike it this is the way it is, There are gypsy shows, toddler shows, mob shows etc… Is there life style better than ours ?? is that why they are on TV.I am proud of my heritage and it should be shown, people should see how are lifestyles are just like all these other shows. This might sound childish its not meant to be at all, but, I wont watch any shoes on TLC till they atleast bring back the rest of the series. Its all been taped but tlc decided to not show the remainder of the series.I believe it was 3 episodes that were showed and then poof, Mama’s Boys was done. TLC claims that the series lost $$$$.I can tell you this, Aunt Gina and the rest of the crew did not do this for the money it was done to show people how some of us are brought up and how close we are to our families and friends. Is there something wrong with that ?????? If u havent seen the show maybe you can watch the few episodes on youtube or something.
      Thanks in advance for signing,
      Paul V.

      • lexi

Pround of the wannabes on this show? They disrespect their moms! Proud of ur heritage italians are not at all like that! Is this what italians are like ummm noooo are you italian american or italian?? Did you ever see this in italy?? Wise guys thats all they are!

        • Debbie

LEXI YOUR ON THE WRONG SITE!! GET THE F___ OFF…

        • Benny

Sorry that not everyone can be an amazing an Italian as you Lexi. We are Italian-Americans and yes we are mobsters, guidos and meatheads. Guess what some of us are also doctors, teachers and lawyers. At the end of the day how we choose to express or “Italianess” is up to us and you have no right to judge us.

          • paul

            Lexi,
Go hit yourself with a stickball bat. if u can stoop that low.

          • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Oh, you get a star for that one Benny. Thank you. Love You.

        • J A Z Z Y

LEXI YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT !! – JAZZY

        • GiovanniAnastasia

What the hell you talking about moms all over Italy are always taking care of their sons and daughters, no matter what age quit talking what you don’t know, Lexi. This show was original and unscripted, not like the rest of these fake shows. These families are down to earth and you don’t need to drive a Bentley or have a private jet, this show is to Famiglia. God Bless these moms.

      • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Thanks Paul for your thoughts. Unfortunately not everyone sees it our way. We are p[roud of our heritage and do everything to keep our culture and traditions alive. The most important thing in the Italian culture (and I am sure other cultures) is the FAMILY. We would do anythng for our family. The best times I remember having as a child and grown up with my sisters children is the fun times around the table. The good food, the old stories and the funny things we did to keep up the traditions were the best memories I will ever have. I will never forget the belly laughs we had. The bottom line is the LOVE that filled our lives and the air around us cannot be replaced by anything. This is the way life is meant to be. Thank you for believing in us and give my love to your Mom and Al.

    • Gennaro pica AKA (BIG G)

This is a great show it show the world how real italians are with family and freinds and not like the other shows out there that are well ill say it trash, I say put them back on,

      Thank you
      Big G

    • Mary

Funny show and surprised at TLC quick cancellation since it has had so little time for people to even know it exist.

All night of Undercover Boss, which you can find on other cable/channels is not going to replace this show which makes not only me laugh.

TLC should have given this show time for the audience to grow.

    • LILIANA

IT WAS THE MOST STUPIDIST THING THAT TLC HAS DONE BY CANCELLING MAMA’S BOYS OF THE BRONX IT WAS THE BEST SHOW IT WAS FUNNY MY FAMILY IS THE SAME WAY AND WE ARE ITALIAN I WAS SO ANGRY THAT WHEN THEY CANCELLED IT AND NOW THEY HAVE ALL THESE STUPID SHOWS LIKE MY BIG FAT GYPSY WEDDING THEY SHOULD CANCEL THAT NOBODY WATCHES IT IF THEY DONT PUT THEW SHOW BACK ON I WILL CALL TLC OVER AND OVER UNTIL THEY PUT THE SHOW BACK ON AND THEY WILL NOT LIKE MY PHONE CALLS I GUESS TLC DONT LIKE ITALIAN PEOPLE IM 100% ITALIAN AND I LOVED IT …….

      • paul

        Lexi,
        Go make me a pizza,with anchovies !!!!

    • Stephanooch

This was the only show featuring Italians that is currently on the air that was REAL, funny, and entertaining. Now we are back to only being represented by NJ Housewives, Jersey Shore, Jerseylicious, and various “mob” wives. That ALONE should make Italian-Americans furious! BRING THAT SHOW BACK!!!

    • Juliana

People may not be watching Undercover Boss but there are many of us Bronx Italians that are relieved this show has been taken off. Watching them gives people the impression this is what Italians from the Bronx are like….. punk-like idiots. THANK YOU TLC!

      • GiovanniAnastasia

If you dont like the show don’t freakin watch it, that’s why we love America because of our “Freedom” to watch and say what we want, go to live in China or Iran and go censor what you want, I’m Italian-American and proud of it. After a hard day we need a good show to laugh and the whole world can see how italians are good people, you don’t have to live at home to like the show, these guys love their moms and we grew up with guys like this, it’s part of who we are, I’m not ashamed to be Italiano as you are. Your as blind as TLC so go watch your lame shows like Undercover Boss or Gypsy wedding, whoopee..

        • Juliana

Your comments are less than intelligent. I can see why you love the show and are disheartened because it’s off the air. Funny thing is… you tell me if I didn’t like it, don’t watch it. Well, looks as though no one else will be watching it either – including you! I am very proud to be an Italian from the Bronx – I just happen to have enough intelligence to recognize what is trash on TV – and that show ranked #1. I do not, as a rule, watch reality shows but thought this would be interesting. I could barely get through the first episode. Trash TV.

          • GiovanniAnastasia

This was an awesome show as you can see here as on Twitter and Facebook many people want this show back on the air and not only Italians. As I’ve said before we might not have Neilsen boxes in our homes but we do have a voice. If I see something I don’t like or “trash” as you say on TV I change the channel I don’t complain about it and try to put a good show down, there’s thousands of shows to watch, nobody’s forcing you to watch it. I’m italian and proud of it, they can live their life as they choose and we all enjoyed this great show.

  • Fran

We need a show like this on tv good guys having fun loving their moms !!’

Bring Back the BEST Show TLC Ever Had! Mamas Boys ROCKS!

    • Roxanne

Thats right Vinny!! THE MAMAS BOYS ROCK!! C’MON. LETS GETT’EM BACK ON!! XOXOXO

  • admin

It amazes me that a show like “Toddlers & Tiaras” can stay on but an entertaining show like Mama’s Boys gets cancelled!!

    • Amy

My thoughts exactly!! Toddlers & Tiaras is an exploitation of children and I can’t believe it has lasted this long. Finally, a fun and heart-warming Italian program is created and they cancel it??? Please, BRING IT BACK!!! I was really looking forward to watching these families!!!

    • https://twitter.com/#!/nikkifar1 _Nikki_Chikki

I really enjoyed seeing my Bronx friends on TV .. All of you guys..and the moms !.. had great personalities and brought back great memories of family in the Bronx, all the beautiful things you can see,eat & do in the Bronx if your a real American-Italian in my old stomping grounds back when i was a teenager ! There wasn’t even a season finale and they also promised a story-line with the boxer “Mikey The Bull”..but they never showed it ! excuse me but, WTF TLC?!?!!
TLC made a mistake because they lost a viewer until they pick you guys back up ! Good luck with the petition fella’s .. hopefully TLC will realize they made a mistake.

      • Roxanne

Yes I agree!! They made a very big mistake..they have shows on TLC that doesn’t even need to be on air!! But yet they want to to take off a good show ..i am very upset..I really looked forward to Mondays @10pm becuz I knew “MAMA’S BOYS OF THE BRONX” WAS COMING ON!! @ NIKKI ur Absolutely right!! It brings back a lot of memories…Seeing our good’old Bronx friends on TV..its amazing ..they really need to put this show back on the AIR!!!

  • http://www.youtube.com/user/qewsticks123 M. Fiore

Bring back Mamas Boys of the Bronx!!!!! They bring Reality to Reality TV! Its not just about a few guys living with their moms its about a community that support their own & a place where u can walk the streets at night safely. Get them back on the air TLC!

    • vinny

Don’t like this show at all. I think the guys on the show are totally disrespectful to their parents and cmon these guys are close to 40 and acting the way they do.. would u really want any of them dating your daughter I wouldn’t. I’m 100% Italian first generation here, Seeing the bronx and the wonderful Italian stores and places are great but the guys not great especially the one who scammed people out of there money with bogus rentals and drug dealing.

      • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Look Vinny, you really don’t know these guys. They are all hard working. Yeah they act crazy but that’s why we are there to keep them tracl pf them. Plus being a reality show, it pushes the envelope a little. We agree they are not marriage material right now, we’ll give you that, but they are not bad guys. My nephew does not have a evil bone in his body. Peter is getting married and the other guys are all nice guys. As far as anyones past goes, that is their business. Don’t you believe people are capable of change. Don’t you believe in forgiveness and a second chance? Haven’t you ever made a mistake in your life and wish you could go back and change it? Should you cast the first stone? Look at the other shows on TLC – do you condone exploiting children such as on Toddlers and Tiaras and polygamy such as on Sister Wives. Come on sweetie, give us a chance. I am Italian and proud of it. I see nothing with a little fun…bottom line, these boys are not bums.

        • GiovanniAnastasia

Hey you don’t have to explain to this stunad vinny a thing he thinks he perfect, there is only one perfect person that is God. The boys are having fun if the day comes and they want to settle down they will. The boys had a show and vinny doesn’t and he never will, there will always be haters. I hope the show goes on.

      • GGG

Vinny you really don’t know anything about the type of guys these men are at all. I can think of so many 100% 1st generation Italian men who act like this. That’s what made me watch the show to begin with. If you think they are disrespectful then maybe you should consider how much they do for their mom’s. You only see a fraction of their lives and you shouldn’t judge them based on what they show you on the show. There is so much more to them then you could ever realize.

      • nikki

TO THE SICK BASTARD WHO KEEPS ON WRITING ON THE PAST OF THE GUY ON MAMA’S BOYS OF THE BRONX GET A LIFE EVERYBODY HAS A PAST IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SHOW IT SOUNDS PERSONAL YOU ARE AN IDIOT!

      • Tikki

Amen brother, scammed people out of money, illegally infiltrated many people’s lives and got caught. His own mother threw him out at age 14. Real awesome show. Bunch of jobless wannabe’s.

    • Pamela Eboli

I enjoyed watching Mamas Boys of the Bronx because it made me have a few laughs. It brought back memories to me of growing up in te Bronx. I hope they bring them back on the air.

  • Tommy

    Love the mommas boys!

  • Christina *KiTTy*

An AMAZING program showing TRUE Italian men, a TRUE Italian neighborhood & their famiglia’s. BRING BACK MAMA’S BOYS!!!

  • John gifford

I’m not Italian and I didn’t grow up on Arthur Avenue. Plain and simple I love MAMA’S BOYS OF THE BRONX. BRING IT BACK

    • Karen Ericson

I am so glad you said that you’re not Italian and didn’t grow up in the Bronx because that’s what the executives of the TV station need to hear. Now they can’t say only a limited amount of people would like the show (Italians fron the Bronx).

  • Frankie M.

You need to bring this show back you did not even give it enough time to draw enough ratings. May your station did not do enough to support the show if you can support some little kids with to much makeup u could at least give these guys a shot

  • nicole

Mamas boys of the bronx really knows how to make the world laugh. Im a big fan and supporter of the show.i will not be watching tlc from now on,unless they put the show back on air. Its so pathetic how they show 3 yr old girls dressing like hoochies, and they rather keep this on tv?! So perves can watch ,gross! Tlc sucks and I hate what they did…they took a brillent show and basically said fuck it! Mamas boys really was a great show I hope to see u all on tv again to make the world and I laugh! :) @bellahh6

  • mike

Please keep these FOOLS off tv..TLC was smart to cut ties with these over grown pot belly man/children. Watching grass grow would be more entertaining and it seems from the quick hook it got, TLC knew that..

    • Frankie Mazzuca

This show is pure entertainment. Bring it back!

    • vinny

      I agree with you Mike!

      • Mike

        Thanks Vinny..

      • nikki

you would you moron if you don’t like the show don’t watch, 1 idiot viewer dosen’t speak for all of us who love the show and if the show really bothers you why are you on this site anyway

        • Karen Ericson

          Good Point!

        • lexi

nikki u must be a relative of these losers! How do lowlives get a tv show? Glad this show is gone hated going places and telling people i lived on arthur and they refer to this show im not like them i dont treat my mom like a slave i dont talk to her like they do i dont act like a guido i dont dress like one lol they are bad role models to others and they should be representing italians when they are really not bc real italians from italy are not at all like that

          • nikki

NO I’M NOT I LOVE THE SHOW AND IT IS PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO EMBARASS ITALIANS
WITH YOUR STUPID COMMENTS. WHY ARE YOU ON THIS SITE IT’S FOR PEOPLE WHO LIKE THE SHOW

    • GGG

What shows do you watch? Toddlers in Tiaras? You are clearly jealous of them…

      • nikki

Yeah he probally does watch Toddlers and Tiaras that’s more his speed I’m sure and he certainally sounds jealous to me.

        • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Yeah he probably treats children like shit. He’s nice to his mom but not to children. He does sound jealous. He has no idea how much these guys love their mothers and how much my nephew loves me. Yeah we push the envelope a little but that’s reality T.V. I say “go get yourself a stick of sausage and sit on it”

          • Mojo

I’m with Nikki and Aunt Gina on this, if you don’t like the show watch something else maybe you’re pissed you didn’t get a cameo shot on the show.

          • nikki

            you go Aunt Gina

    • paul vigna

Opinions are like assholes everyone has one. My opinion is RUN the show !!!!!!!!

    • nikki

IT SEEMS YOU ARE THE ONLY FOOL YOU SHOULD BE WATCHING GRASS GROW MAYBE YIU SHOULD BURY YOURSELF IN IT!

  • Mamas boiiii

Plz bring the show back it’s pure entertainment, it has the potential to become better than jersey shore

    • http://NeilSanzari.com Neil

What the heck is going on w/tlc?!!! Are they outta their frickin minds?!!! Mama’s Boys up in the big badd BX is the greatest reality show ever. I agree w/you abt the show having the potential to outdo Jersey Shore (which I enjoy as well). I dvr’d all 4 episodes aired so far and I’ve been watching them over and over again getting a fresh laugh every time. Something happened in my family for the first time ever. We all sat down to watch the same show, which of course was Mama’s Boys up in the Bronx. It’s tough enough getting my wife to watch the same stuff I watch, but history was made when Arthur Ave reached out and touched my stepkids as well. I used to live in the Bronx and I have friends from Arthur Ave. That show is authentic. My grandparents (my POP’s folks) met in a dance hall in Arthur Ave almost a hundred years ago. They were fresh off the boat. Hence my history resonates outta there. If it wasn’t for Arthur Ave I wouldn’t be here. One of my favorite scenes from the show was when Peter pretended to be Chip in Goto’s Men’s Shop (I think you gotta at least be connected much less made just to get in the door; wannabees need not apply). Cold expresso and cigars ha ha. But best of all was that rogue’s gallery in the canoli-eating contest w/Tommy Fuggetaboutit adding to canoli to Johnny Margaret’s plate. Plus Chip’s protege Larry ha ha. Whatta a great show!!! Get it back on the air please?!!!

  • Francesca ferranti

What!! Why would they cancel the show?? Omg bring the show back I love mama boys !! I pee my pants watchin it .. There so funny true Italians gotta love them cause I do !! Awesome job boys . BRING THE SHOW BACK !

  • Kristi

  • Carmine G

Bring back the mamas boys especially Chip he’s fuckin hilarious!!!!!

  • Diane Szwaja

TLC you have to bring back Mama’s Boys of the Bronx. The show is hilarious I don’t believe that it’s offensive. I really looked forward to the show on Monday’s and you out of no where decided to cancell it out of nowhere. I really hope that you bring the show back. Make my Monday’s worthwhile.

  • Alfredo

Get the show back on the air!

  • Kimberly

Oh come on !!!!!!! This show hardly got a chance !!!! Everyone was just getting hyped up about it !!! In fact last monday my family had a huge party all gathered around the TV with a big Italian meal and all of my friends were texting as we watched this great lovable group of guys and their mom get themselves into trouble :) I think if you give it a chance you ll be surprised at the fan base and “cult following” this show draw in ! I speak for many and we will anxiously await to hear about the come back of this funny fun loving show. Seems so sad and silly that after all of the anticipation and prompting and commercials we finally got to watch a few episodes and now its gone :( Please bring it back for the remainder of the season !

    • Frankie

I agree. At least give the show a chance for one season!

  • Angela Gambino

  • Stephanie

Please put the show back on! So funny and entertaining. It was getting good!I don’t think it was on long enough and I don’t think alot of people knew about the show. Please put the show back and plus do more media coverage for it. Im sure the ratings will go up.

  • http://Twitter.com 2Sandywithlove

I’m praying there’s a method to your madness @TLC for removing this wonderful family show off the air without proper reason, and consideration for their fans of the show. Reconsider your decision, put #MamasBoysOfTheBronx back on the air. Thank You

  • Stephanie Trombley

Don’t cancel this show!!! It is freakin hilariously entertaining! Come on, please bring it back!! :)

  • Keri Stewart

This is a Big disappointment for my 92 year old mother. Shame on you.

Please keep mamas boys from the Bronx.
I watch this show every monday, it’s
Very entertaining, it would be a dissapointment

These guys are so very funny
Mary mccauley a former Bronx NY resident

We’re there are many fans of this show.

  • Maria

I think the show is entertaining and gives an insight to the lives of the ‘mama’s boys’ and to everyone else who lives in their neighborhood. I find it strange that the network wants to stop the show when its been very popular so far, I can see so far that a few people have stated their opinion on how much they enjoy the show and I’m sure that there’s a lot more out there that are now aware of this petition yet. My wish is to please leave the show on the air or pray that another network will pick up where you leave off.

  • Elizabeth Plunkett

PLEASE BRING IT BACK. FINALLY GOT TO SEE MY OLD NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOVE SEEING THE ITALIAN BOY’S LOVING THEIR MOMS.PLEASE BRING IT BACK.

  • Brother Casey

Why do they keep stupid shows like Say Yes To The Dress and cancel hilarious shows like Mamas Boys of The Bronx? Bring them back, please!!!!

  • John

Bring it back!!! I enjoyed this on my Monday nights!

  • John G

By far The best reality show yet and it gets cancelled!?, TLC needs to bring this back ASAP! MAMA’S BOYS OF THE BRONX!

  • John Ragano

I will boycott TLC until Momma’s Boys is back! This is ridiculous!! You can put 4-9 year old prostitots on your channel in these wacked out beauty pageants with their screwed up mothers but you won’t have grown men who have strong family values on your channel? Get your priorities straight TLC and bring the Momma’s Boys back, or else!

  • Fanky

    Dear TLC,

I WILL BOYCOTT UR CHANNEL UNTIL U BRING BACK MOMMAS BOYS! AND IF U DON’T REST ASSURED THAT I WILL NEVER WATCH A SHOW ON THIS CHANNEL EVER AGAIN. I LOVE CHIP he was HILARIOUS, along with the rest of the cast. “When the cats away the cats eat cat food!!” Damnit!! I hate you for doing this to me and my boyfriend, this show made our Mondays not so crappy. This show wasn’t even given a shot and I HATE YOU TLC. I love MOMMAS boys of the bronx and you will regret this decision! Thank you for ruining my Monday along with my boyfriends. SUCK IT TLC. You will live to regret this.

    Sincerely,

    FANKY

  • Cindy

  • randazzo

  • Dee

One of my favorite shows on TLC! I would look foward to Monday nights, don’t care for Undercover Boss, we know that its bull.. Mama’s Boys is real, authentic & shows the love between families, which is what’s most important! I love TLC, but I won’t watch until they come back on!

  • THE.BRONX..SAYS…

      • admin

        sono d’accordo!

        • THE.BRONX..SAYS….

Che opportunità vengono dalla dedizione all’istruzione o al lavoro duro. Non pagliacciate per telecamere e cercando di venderlo come cultura. La mia cultura è stata costruita da italiani non è forte un gruppo di ragazzi mamme. Proud Man italiano.

          • http://comcast.net JoBennardo

Ascolta!

  • http://comcast.net Josephine Bennardo

Why would you take a show off the air that shows a side of Italians that is true! Son’s love their Mothers and their Mothers love them! So they are loud and a little over the top…So what! What TV show isn’t. But we get an insight to true culture with some laughter. Dumb move TLC! I want Mamma’s Boys Back!

    • http://TLC MAMMAROSA

I LOVE MAMMA BOYS FROM THE BRONX THE SHOW WAS GREAT PUT IT BACK I LOVE MAMMA GINA

  • Frank

You kidding me we had a whole crew over tonight to watch the show it was classic put it back on some one call MTV or vh1. Tlc is a joke. I’ll never watch this channel again

  • My Boys

At least give them a chance to show the other 4 amazing episodes before making such a decision

  • MIchele

Please Bring back the Boys! One of the better shows that I watch and I don’t watch much tv, but show I love!

  • Joe bats

You kidding me they canned. It they keep shows that show little girls dress up like adults. On we live in a sick would its a show for perverts. ……put the boys from the Bronx back on. Some one call or email MTV. They got the money. ……..

  • Lisa

I love this show!!! Please bring it back.

  • Sandra P.

TLC: MAMA’s Boys Of The Bronx was the best I’ve ever seen yet on TLC! You really had a HUGE HIT show. These guys are so Hilarious even their great Mamas. I love them. Please bring Mama’s Boys of the Bronx back!! Mama’s boys ROCK!! ❤

  • Phill o

Put the show back on. Mamma boys was great. Now there nothing to watch on Monday …….

  • Jon

TLC really sucks big time! I am very pissed off! Mamas boy is the best! I want it back!!! I am going to boycott tlc if they dont put it back. What if I tell you that I was actually waiting all week thinking about it. Its my fun time. I love this show.

  • J A Z Z Y

LOVE AUNT GINA AND GIOVANNI !! THE SHOW IS SO FUNNY PUT IT BACK ! :(

    XOXO J A Z Z Y

    • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Thank you Jazzy. It’s terrible how they made us open up our houses and our lives to everyone, then pull the show before the good part. Some people are commenting how my nephew had no respect for me. That is not true…there are times that I need something or when if I am sick and call him and he runs for me…NO QUESTIONS ASKED. He is a great guy with a big heart. As I said before, reality t.v., pushes it a little, so people may misunderstand him, but he is a true gift. As for the Italians out there who are offended, you are not really Italian because no Italian mother would ever give up on her son, no matter what the case. They will endure anything for their child.

      • J A Z Z Y

AUNT GINA I KNOW GIO HAS A BIG HEART AND HE HAS GOOD MORALS. He has Class. YES A GIFT LIKE YOU SAID , AND OF COURSE HE WOULD RUN WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED HE ADORES YOU. YOU ARE THE CLOSEST THING HE HAS TO A MOM. XOXO Love Ya Aunt Gina -Jazzy. P.S. TLC Doesn’t Care about how you guys Opened your Homes and Lives to Everyone They Only Care about Money. Stay Strong Darling. Ciao :)

  • Whetstone boys..wsk crew

Put it back on. It’s was a great show. Tlc sucks. Call. Hbo. Or MTV. Real cable channels. Mamma boys from the Bronx rules

  • Brooklyn Billy

Put the show back on. Theses guys were great. Classic

  • Ryan

Yous guys are bustin my balls over here taking this show off!

  • Dee Marie

I loved Mama’s boys of the bx!!!! They took the best new show off the air. Bring it back!!!! It’s about time we had an entertaining show with real Italians. Now there is nothing good on tv Monday nights. I hope another station picks up the show soon bc TLC sucks!!! :(

  • Pat

Thought show was a lil silly but come on, we gave jersey shore a chance and look at it now….give the mamas boys a chance…..

  • Lorraine

    PUT MAMA’S BOYS BACK ON!!!

  • donna

BRING MamaBoysFromTheBronx back! It is a good show! Better than half the reality shows out there. They deserve this!

  • The Worst Show Ever……

This show sucked more then hookers walking Hunts Point__________________________________________@ Q: What’s a sure-fire way to know you are Italian? A: You are 5’4″,can bench 350 lbs,and you still cry when your mother scolds you_______________________________ Q: What’s the difference between an Italian mother and an elephant?

    A: 50 pounds and a black dress.

    • Christopher “Cease” Petela Jr.

thats really predjudice and if you talk about “black people” like that they would have a march but you wouldnt Italians built this country my cousin wrote an article for the inquirer last name mignone “White People got paid 2$ a day ,Black People 1.50 a day and Italians 1$ a day” we built this country remember that u racist!

      • Paola

        I agree with you .

      • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Ignore him Chris. This is obviously a very sad person. Needs to make jokes to cover up his insecurity and lack of love for himself. Very sad….I am going to have to pray for him.

        • Donna

Me too, Aunt Gina. I’m saying a rosary.

          • The Worst Show Ever……

Thank you for the prayers but I do not need them.I said my rosary last night and asked God to help me forget that I ever saw this show. Woke up this morning and said the rosary again for all the sad sacks that actually think this weak petition signed by 140 people will actually get the show put back on.

          • admin

You must be pretty bored with your life to keep coming to this blog to post about a show you don’t like. You seem like more of a “sad sack” than any of us. “Mama’s Boys Of The Bronx” WILL be back on the air, so you won’t be bored for very long, you can sit in your armchair and continue to entertain yourself by hating on a TV show. Don’t post any more comments here, it’s not about you, it’s about US and what WE want to see on tv!

        • lexi

My point exactly why shows like this shouldnt be on tv bc its steriotyping people who are not italian probably like this guy think italians are like that cry to their moms brench weights are juiced up are guidos and shows like this is giving him reason why he thinks italians are like that and we are not like that maybe these wise guys who are stuck in the 80s are like but chris we are not like them and im sorry if this show made u believe that its not good we have shows like this it just gives people reason to steriotype us

          • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

For two guys that don’t like the show, why are you coming to this page? You know God does not like evil and it’s not nice to say the Rosary for evil intentions. You showld be ashamed of yourselves. You don’t know me and you don’t know my nephew. He has respect for the Italian culture and he loves people.

          • lexi

Just saying as an italian it would be nice to show how italians are really not guidos all the time show how we work hard we love our moms etc they disrespect their moms bc of the way they talk to them get me this and get me that they are 40 let ur mom rest and be a man i have boys and as much as i love them at a certain age they have to do things for themself its pathetic at 40 u need ur mommy italians are not like that i understand maybe 20s but 40s?? And italians dont act like wise guys hate when people steriotype italians bc what is shown in the media and i cant believe mothers think its ok to act like its not an issue. Thats why these guysdont grow up bc they are confortable at home momma does everything for them poor moms! People are entitled to their own opions thats what you get for being in the media so dont get mad people like it and some dont im just saying ur going to get a lot of steriotyping and people who put lables on us bc of these shows

          • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Come on Lexi…this is a reality TV show. My nephew doesn’t tell me to give him this and give him that. You have only so much time to tape an episode, of course they have to squeeze things in. When I wash my nephews clothes, he brings them down to the washer, I wash them, then he pickes them up and folds them himself. These guys help their mothers but of course, like I said many times before, they push the envelope a little. Everybody loves this relationship. I have heard worse stereotyping of Italians before. All races are stereotyped. You have to see the funny stuff beyond what the moms are doing. There is nothing wrong with a mom taking care of her son. What are they supposed to do, kick them out. That would be cruel. These guys love and hug their moms constantly. Don’t look at the bad, look at all he good and all he LOVE.

          • http://chipcecere.com big chip

YOU PEOPLE ARE VERY ANGRY ABOUT A TV SHOW THAT WAS DEVELOPED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES..WHEN U TAKE TIME OUT OF YOUR LIFE TO HATE AND BAD MOUTH SOMETHING THAT REALLY SHOWS WHAT TYPE OF HUMAN BEING YOU REALLY ARE…LIGHTEN UP PEOPLE,WE DID NOT STEREOTYPE ANYONE..WE WERE OURSELVES AND THATS WHY WE WERE ON TV…THANK YOU

    • Jeanne-Marie Vita

      you’re an idiot!!!

      • Jeanne-Marie Vita

how would you like someone talking about your mother….don’t get me going…..you don’t like the show fine….keep your comments to your stupid self!!!!!

        • nikki

I agree he is an Idiot he probally abuses his own Mother people like him are losers who have to talk about other people so they don’t have look at themselves. Sad!!!!

  • Katrina Yenchochik Lauer

Usually I am to busy for tv so I never even start watching a new show cause I’ll never keep up or keep my attention, happen to flip on tv late night saw mamas boys of the Bronx and was Instantly HOOKED! I even had it set to record the whole series, I har watched it over and over for a good laugh and it’s really cute and good to see mamas boys since I grew up with two brothers that are in their thirties and my mom still does everything from laundry, cooking, to even putting the stamps on their bills. it’s hilarious and good to see as a mother also of a boy it’s great to watch it in others people’s home that a mothers love for her boys spread throughout the world and it’s a great at home feeling of love for your family still exist in today’s world! Thanks TLC for giving us a great show and then taking it off I will no longer watch your channel it’s back to no tv, I pray another network picks Mamas Boys back Up ASAP! I won’ t give up hope it’s too good to be a bye gone

  • Kathy Roberto

Come on TLC. With all the crappy shows you have on like that stupid gypsy wedding show you take Mama’s Boys off without even giving it a chance. I found this show so funny. Please bring it back and give it a fair chance.

  • Toni Fejer

Please bring Mama’s Boys back!!! I was really getting into the show and telling all of my contacts on Facebook to watch the show, yes ALL of my contacts. Please reconsider bring the show back! It’s so entertaining and funny. I mean really, what’s not to love about Mama’s Boys!!!

  • Jo

I agree 150% …. toddlers n tiaras SHOULD NOT even be on tlc or ANY station for that matter. It’s TERRIBLE what those girls go through. Let us laugh and enjoy tv…. BRING BACK MAMA’S BOYS or maybe a Better cable station should pick them up.

  • Johnna Stewart

The reviews of the show * mama’s boys from the Bronx* from articles I read stated it was a heck alot better then friggin Jersey Shore. Yet TLC dare to get rid of * mama’s boys* ??? Only reason why I even bothered with TLC was to watch * mama’s Boys from the Bronx*. I for one will not even bother to watch TLC due to their sore excuse of * not enough rating* so we will pull * Mama’s Boys*

Trust me when I move. I will make sure TLC is not even allowed on my list of channels. This show was the funniest and REAL nothing put on or FAKE about it. The other shows TLC kepts are * old and boring*

  • Joni Berardi

You didn’t give them enough of a chance. Characters were lovable. Even some people who loved Seinfeld didn’t care for it right away after watching one or two shows because they didn’t know the characters. If you don’t allow the show to be on for a while and allow people to get to know the characters, how is somebody going to understand what the show was all about?

  • Christopher “Cease” Petela Jr.

Great show my famiglia and i were waiting to see more..its ashame TLC is PREJUDICE AGAINST ITALIANS maybe if you guys were TALKIN ABOUT GUNS AND KILLING PEOPLE they would have kept it but no they dont want italians being nice to their families…TLC is VERY IGNORANT and hope you guys get picked up by another Network…”when one door closes another one opens” God Bless all of you and your famiglias!!

  • Angelo Piarulli

Put Mama’s Boys back on. The show is great. TLC made a huge mistake taking it off. How can you keep a disgusting show like Toddlers and Tiara’s on and not Mama’s Boys?? Would any of you people from TLC actually let your children be in pageants and ruin their lives??? I doubt it, its disgusting and not right to children. Mama’s Boys Of The Bronx is a way better fit than Toddlers and Tiara’s. TLC should be ashamed. Not watching TLC n e more, unless the show comes back on.

  • http://B.B.S Charlie Victor

Why would you put this show on hold?….I never even watched TLC until i heard about “Mamas Boys Of The Bronx”…..the show is fun and FULL of positivity, family, friends and good food….it makes me smile….please dont take my sunshine away…BRING THE SHOW BACK!!!!……stop being silly…

    peace love and creativity….charlie

  • Paola

Please put back Mama’s boys , the show was awesome ! I would look forward every monday to watch the show, and yesterday I miss the show not being on, please put them back on…thank you , paula

  • Amy

Put Mama’s Boys back on!!! If shows like Toddlers and Tiara’s & My big fat Gypsie wedding are still on, whats wrong with a show about Traditional Italian families?? Best show on TLC…Please put it back on the air!!

  • Patty Ann

Please put the show back on. You never gave it a chance. How many viewers did you lose last night with that replacement show?

  • brooklynpossum

TLC IS THE WRONG CHANNEL FOR THIS SHOW. I FOUND IT BETTER THAN JERSEY SHORE AND IS A LOT BETTER THAN SOME OTHER REALITY SHOWS

  • Anne Celia

You’ll run shows like, Sister Wives, Toddlers Tiaras etc. but not Mama’s boys, please give me a break! Why don’t you give the show a chance and see if the viewership picks up and advertise it more. How disappointing I won’t watch your other shows either.

  • gina w

Bring Mamas Boys back what a great show! TLC needs to get a clue its a great show about TRADITIONAL ITALIAN FAMILIES like my own!!! give this show a chance

  • PETER LOVE

PUT MAMA’S BOYS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! WITH ALL THOSE JERKY OTHER SHOWS YOU HAVE ON, MAMA’S BOYS WAS THE BEST!!!!!!!! TLC, GET A REAL JOB!!!!!!!!!!

  • Suzi

Come On!!! With all the junk on TV today you cancel a show that makes people laugh?? A show where people actually get along and don’t fight?? We were so awaiting the next episode!!!Everyone I know loves it!! What were you thinking TLC ?????

  • http://Facebook Jodie Miceli

    Love this show!!!

  • Darlene

TLC Please What A Fun Show. We Need To Laugh More On T.V. Stop All The Killing On T.V. Hope To See Mamas Boys Very Soon!!! Come On TLC You Can Do It.

  • J.J.

OK here is the deal. I know most of you guys personally and I think that the show was pretty bad. I think all you guys had the potential to enthuse fans with your Italian charm and become success stories. The problem was that for a reality show there was NOT one ounce of reality to the show. It had scripted written all over it. Frankly today people are not interested in a bunch of happy go lucky guys from the bronx. Take a que from Mob Wives. What contributes to there success is the drama that they women are engulfed in. The history and the cat fights. Sad to say but thats what people want to see. In todays society people relate grief and heartache. Most of America is down in the dumps and most families find it a struggle to keep up with todays challenges. So they rather relate to someone in the same situation that they are in. That being said I dont think that there is any hope to have the show revived. Go back to your day jobs guys and fall back into obscurity. I think it was the cannoli eating contest that was final nail in the coffin. Who ever produced the show and told you guys what to do should be taken down the back alley and thrown a beaten !!!!!!!!

    • nikki

I think your wrong you can tell it’s not scripted and whats wrong with watching a funny show about family with all the other crap that’s on you say you know them well I don’t think your a neighborhood guy because if you were then you would know this is real.

    • Stefano Gotti

Bro ur a fuckin little bitch…dont be mad cause ya motha dont love u n threw ya ass out at 15…i seen u on fowler ave. Cracked outa ya mind beggin for change…ur one of da pedafiles that jerks off to those little hewas toddlers wear tiaras or whateva that stupid shits called! Just change da channel if ya dont like it mo…mi cappesci

      • http://chipcecere.com big chip

TLC CHANGED THE CONCEPT AND DIRECTION OF THE SHOW..THEY EXPERIMENTED ON THE SHOW,THEY THOUGHT THE VALUES AND TRADITIONS AND LOVE WAS A BORING CONCEPT SO THEY MIXED UP THE EDITING AND PLAYED US FOR FOOLS…WE HAVE LOTS OF REALLY COOL FOOTAGE THAT NEVER MADE THE FINAL CUT.TLC SHOWED WHAT THEY THOUGHT WOULD SELL OR MAYBE THEY DID IT ON PURPOSE BECAUSE SOMR OF THE HIGHER UPS NEVER LIKED THE CONCEPT IN THE FIRST PLACE.BUT NEVER THE LESS THE SHOW WAS STILL A GOOD FUN SHOW AND EVERYONE CLEARLY ENJOYED US ON MONDAY NIGHT!

        • J A Z Z Y

HI BIG CHIP IT WAS NICE MEETING YOU TODAY AT THE PASTICCIA THANKS FOR THE AUTOGRAPH ! :)

        • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

You are absolutely right Chip. There was some good scenes coming up. Too bad they never got to see them. If God wants, maybe it will be back.

JJ SHUT YOUR MOUTH !!!! – JAZZY

  • Billy

I cannot believe that TLC took Mamas Boys off the air…We loved that show and could not wait for Mondays epidose. How could you keep a stupid show on called toddlers and tiaras that exploits children those mothers are INSANE This show about the bronx could be any small town in which most of us grew up in…My parents are so disappointed. These guys love and respect their mothers BRING THE SHOW BACK The creator of this show was genius.

  • Billy

JJ whoever you are you are full of shit I hope someone takes you to the alley

    • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Ditto Billy. If he knows me and my nephew, this is who we really are. Obviously he needs to see the other episodes. He needs a good kick in the Ass!!!!

      • Joey Conti

This is a stupid show and I’m also Italain before you start screaming. It sickens me to see grown ass men acting like jerks. My parents who are from Italy would throw us out of the house for acting that way. Go back to your real jobs!

        • Rich

I personally know one of the cast members and we grew up together. He has got to be one of the hardest working people I ever met. He started working for his father when he was about 6 years old and to this day works more then most people I know. In Italy about 80% of men in their 30′s live at home. It’s the culture. I moved out when I was 22 but I know my Abruzzese mother would have wanted me to stay forever. That’s just the way it is.

        • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Yeah Joey, probably you had abusive parents. No us, we love our children and our family. Remember blood is thicker than water.

        • http://chipcecere.com big chip

JOEY STOP BRO…ITS A TV SHOW..ITS ENTERTAINMENT..IT TAKES YOU OUT OF YOUR BORING PATHETIC LIFE FOR A NIGHT AND LETS U HAVE FUN AND LAUGH AT OUR EXPENSE. NOTHING MORE,NOTHING LESS.

        • J A Z Z Y

JOEY CONTI HOW DARE YOU ! YOU DON’T KNOW ANY OF THEM ! WHO ARE YOU TO BE PASSING JUDGMENT ???? AND SAYING GO BACK TO YOUR REAL JOBS. YOU CLEARLY HAVE NO CLASS. YOU CAN’T TALK TO PEOPLE THAT WAY IT’S DISGUSTING. AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. -JAZZY

  • Italian Princess from CT

I was looking forward to watching Mama’s Boys of the Bronx last night!!! I turn on TLC @ 10pm and to my surprise, it wasn’t on!! :( NOT COOL!!! How could they just cancel it after a couple of episodes! Give it a chance!! Bring this show back NOWWW!

  • Michelle

The fans deserve a reason for the show being put on “hold”. Please resume the show ASAP! we all love it!!

  • Maureen

This show was Hilarious. You need to bring it back for the pure entertainment value if for nothing else. It brings exposure to the Bronx and Bronx Businesses that are family owned and that is good for everyone that lives in the BX.

  • Pete

we need to bring this show back…couldnt wait to get home on monday night just to see what happens next….one of the best shows on television

  • Michelle

I thought the show was great. Please consider reairing it – we were all looking foward to not only season 1 but perhaps a season 2. The fans deserve to know a reason why.

  • joe

That’s bullshit put it back on NOW

  • Squeaky

Give this show a chance and Bring back Mamas Boys of the Bronx. For someone who lives in the Bronx this show brings back fond memories of growing up on Arthur Avenue and all the wonderful things that the BX still has to offer. It shows the strong family bonds and long lasting friendships that have evolved from small children to adults. There could be worse things then living at home with your mom.

  • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

What an insult to lift Mama’s Boys of the Bronx after 4 episodes. We had no chance from the beginning. Poor advertising and the fact that they put us on a Monday during baseball season and on a day when the most watched program on T.V. (WWE Monday Night Raw) is on at the same time. We put our hearts into the show and are so proud of our “Boys”. The funny part about all of this is that this is who we are and we are proud of it unlike some other reality shows that are made up and fake. We are proud of our heritage and support our children all the way. TLC says viewers are down, yet they replace us with re-runs which I am sure will not bring any more viewers around. We are all proud Mamas and Aunt and Father and now you have hurt one of ours….Not nice TLC….God does not like ugly!!!!

    • http://tlc sandy

It seems to me that TLC has made a huge mistake.
Why was it pulled but they keep crap on that has no
family values. If your not Italian you cannot understand our culture we LIVE for our families…I had peeps watching it from Florida Texas bring it back…………

      • Dana

Come on TLC, I cant believe you would cancel this show, it was so funny…Being from the Bronx born and raised and then transplanted to Midwest, I have many friends from the NY area and not from the area who were watching this show!!! They loved it…I love all the moms and boys and yes us Italians are loving, caring, and moms and sons have a bond like no other. I have a son, and he doesnt live with me anymore, he got married last year, but if he didnt he would still be home with me. Come on TLC you made a big mistake, bring it back, I too am boycotting TLC, not watching any other show until the Boys are BACK!!!!

  • V Grijalva

Please continue with this show. Much better that other ones.Characters are growing.

  • http://youtube.com/goodchickenbroccoli WALTER

This show was great!!, Culture, geography, comedy come on. I’ve been looking around trying to find out if it was cancelled because I haven’t seen it on. Nowhere does it say it’s been cancelled. It’s so much better than other TLC shows.

  • Lydia

Already it was taken off? OH COME ON!! That show was making me laugh – I loved it!! Put it back on TLC otherwise maybe another network will pick it up!!

  • jaime

    Bring back mama’s boys!!!

  • Joe

    Joe from the bronx!!!!

  • Joe

  • Anthony Cifelli

    Hi

This is a great show and my family and I enjoy it very much.
Please put in back on TLC

  • Janet Rossi

This show is so funny and true. PLEASE, PLEASE bring it back! They need to cancel other shows like 30 Rock with asswipe Baldwin. Now that show really sucks!

  • Paola

    Put the show back, pleaseesssssssssss

  • Dave

TLC is crazy for dropping the show due to controversy. My favorite show on TV hands down. You can’t compare the entertainment that this show brings me. I work in television and I’m sure that another network will pick up the show.

  • Loretta Scott

In a world where lack of respect is part of eveyday living”Mama’s Boys” is sooooo refreshing—–
You can see the special looks of love and respect the guys have for their mom’s not just in looks but also conversation!! Why would you even consider taking a show like that off the air???? America can learn a lot from a real familiy show—–today family members eat dinner at all diffrernt times—-usually fast foods—-but in “Mama’s Boys” eating is a treasured time of sharing. Families are not made like that today but they should be—-what a great example they could be!!! Please reconsider!!!!

  • Donna

TLC you’re killin’ me! Here’s a show with wonderful Italian Americans not boozing it up, acting like trash, commiting crimes, and throwing punches. Please keep this show on the air and allow us to have a positive example of
the love of an Italian family.

  • Pamela

How do you keep a disgusting show for dirty old men on about little girls acting sexy and exploiting them and then you take off a nice family show with nothing but adorable moms and their sons. Your disgusting TLC you should be ashamed

  • Anthony

Love the show, bring it back.

  • Ben

TLC… Don’t Tease us with a great show and then Steal it from us!

    Bring Back Mamma’s Boys!!!!!

  • frankcuglietta

I bet these guys would do anything for their mom’s or aunt’s Pamela is right I dont want to see young kids dressing up as adult’s only to please their mom’s who should be ashamed. It is a fun show its a every day in the life of these guys it doesnt hurt anyone I think their is politics going on here maybe a woman’s group complained just maybe .

  • Carlitto Calzone

Put this show back on! But… take it off when Monday Night Football comes on! Go Giants!

  • Melissa Galarza

I am so disappointed with TLC Network
Mama’s boys from the Bronx on “hold” ??? I was so excited to start watching it and it was everything i could ask for and more.. it gets me really ticked off that people that cannt just take the tv remote and change the CHANNEL if u dont like what you are watching just change the freaking channel!!.. let me give u an ex: i dont care for toddlers&tiaras i dont demand tlc to remove it i change the channel during the time its on !! TLC Ur making a big mistake this show is a hit and to the guys i luv all u and ur mama’s and wish u the best..
Hopefully another network will pick the show up
    #1mama’sboysfan…mel<3ny

  • Trina

I was so bummed to find out Mama’s Boys Of The Bronx was put on hold! This show brought me so much joy and I found it to be so fun, real and interesting. I like all the guys and their adorable mothers. (But I have to say, Frankie, is my favorite! He is so extremely good-looking and romantic, that I think he is my dream man.) Please, TLC, bring the show back on air asap!!

  • http://comcast.net Josephine Bennardo

Listen! Italians have never been portrayed well on TV- That’s TV. But Mama’s boys is better than the Jeresy Shores and Mob Wives show us, these shows are funny but unrealistic for mostly 95% of Itanlians out there. Not all Itanlian families are the same…but I will take these families to watch on TV over the others. We see some Culture, we see some Bullshit, we get some Laugh and we see that these boys adore their mamma’s! Different from some but true.

Am a first generation Italian– My both my nonna’s lived with us too! I can relate, as loud and as nuts as we all were when we got together, I wouldn’t change a thing! This show is not to far from the truth, mamma’s will do anything for there kids (more for the boys) and the boys will do for their mamma’s. And there is a lot of Americans that are moving back home with their parents & wont or cant move out any more…
So relax and laugh with them ..its a show!

  • Jeanne-Marie Vita

    loved it!!!!!…wanna see more!!!

  • Claudia Melchiorre

Please put this show back on the air,I would rather watch this then The Fat Gypsy Wedding garbage.

  • Susie Basso

We so want Mamas Boys back on TLC. It was a show that finally brought my family together at once for a bunch of laughs and happiness. Please bring it back now. We love this show and the people who are in it<3

  • Jim

Loved the show, please put it back on

At the World Women’s Conference, the first speaker from England stood up:
“At last year’s conference we spoke about being more assertive with our husbands. Well after the conference I went home and told my husband that I would no longer cook for him and that he would have to do it himself. After the first day I saw nothing. After the second day I saw nothing. But after the third day I saw that he had cooked a wonderful roast lamb.”

    The crowd cheered.
The second speaker from America stood up:
“After last year’s conference I went home and told my husband that I would no longer do his laundry and that he would have to do it himself. After the first day I saw nothing. After the second day I saw nothing. But after the third day I saw that he had done not only his own washing but my washing as well.”

    The crowd cheered.

The third speaker from Italy stood up:
“After last year’s conference I went home and told my husband that I would no longer do his shopping and that he would have to do it himself. After the first day I saw nothing. After the second day I saw nothing. But after the third day I could see a little bit out of my left eye.”

    • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Old joke and a stupid one at that. Lazy stupid women. I work a full time job, cook for my husband, my brother-in-law and my nephew, plus the laundry, etc. My nephew is an excellent cook and helps me sometimes. Women who think like those depicted in your joke are stupid and lazy and don’t have enough brains and fortitude to do all the things I mentioned. Please, don’t make fun of Italinas…we are not. With Mamas Boys of he Bronx, we show our strength and our love for family and have fun at the same time.

Two Italian virgins get married and go on their honeymoon.
However, they have no idea what there supposed to do once
they get to their hotel room.

The newlyweds decide to call his mother and get some advice
on what to do. The mother says that they should sit on the
bed together and snuggle with each other and things should
    start to happen from there.

The newlyweds start to do this but nothing else happens. He
calls his mother back to find out what to do next. She says
they should take their clothes off, get under the covers in
bed, and nature should takes its course. The bride and groom
take his mother’s advice but still nothing.

He calls his mother a third time. Getting frustrated with
the situation she says, “Listen, just take the biggest thing
you have and stick it in her hairiest thing!” and hangs up
    on him.

A few minutes later he reluctantly calls his mother back,
“Well, I have my nose in her armpit. What do I do next?”

    • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

We’ll, I guess it’s better than having your nose up your ass!!! You idiot.

  • rocco

Mama’s boys was the best show on TV. TLC is crazy taking this show off the air. This show was great for us italians unlike Mob Wives thats a disgrace to italians NOT Mama’s Boys from the bronx. This is rocco from the rocco perna show on youtube. Bring back the show NOW. Rocco Perna

Whats the problem here? Why is this show not on? Pls don’t tell me ppl do not approve? When there are shows on TLC that are far more worse which I will not name! Us Italians can laugh at ourselves because that’s just who we are and if the rest of the world can’t well that’s their damn problem! Pls bring it back!

  • Patricia Dalesio

To the TLC Network…….Who’s decision was it to take “Mama’s Boys” off the air…after only two episodes?????? Who does that? A newly-hired big shot VP?????I wonder if this person really knows what they’re doing. It is a shame. This show finally showed family values and portrayed Italian-Americans in a positive way….the way they should be.I looked forward to seeing the wonderful characters and their mothers each week.Whoever produced or created this show is brilliant…..As a result of this apparent cancellation, I WILL NOT watch TLC again because the rest of your shows are ridiculous and stupid…….MAMA’S BOYS….you have our support in Steubenville,Ohio….home of Dean Martin!!!!!!!!Come back on another network…please!!!!!!!!!

  • Shannon Sasso

  • Nancy Martin

This is the funniest show on TV– I’m sure TLC edited the reality. I shop and eat on Arthur Avenue. These guys are the best.
If Toddlers and Tiaras which exploits children, and Mob Wives, Jersey Shore and Real Housewives can all find a place and audiences, so can Mama’s Boys!
Please give it a chance to succeed. Let the guys be themselves!

  • yolanda berrios

Look it doesnt matter wether some like it or not, everyone has different opinions, not everybody is gonna be a fan.but i do believe everyone deserves a chance, bcuz one those moms dont look abused, everybody pointing the finger on those guys, but is the moms who allow it,if the moms dont mind it,why should ppl be stressing it.im puertorican&have 4boys&if i owened a house,i would live with all my boys, and for puertoricans we dont see that much, bcuz were not as family oriented.italians are not the only ones who has that culture of living,atávica, indians, albanians, believe that there kids lives with them until married…know ir stuff,is not as bad! Toddlers&tiaras is digusting&if ppl want child abuse&prevent kids from getting rapped being rapped take that show off the air!!!!!!!!

  • Sossio

Guido’s Forever! Bring Mama’s boys of the Bronx Back!! This was the only show i watched on TLC!! All of the other shows are pura merda!! BTW – Where’s the Freestyle?

  • yolanda berrios

I ment arabics, albanians&indians, believe in that too, kids live with parents until married,if they choose not to get married is there choice, thats there culture&what they believe in ,leave them alone,is Etertainment is funny&they from a good neighborhood&there cool, leave them alone&give them a chance u gave these other lame shows a chance&had bad viewd too, like john&kate..smh……jus saying!

    • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

You are right Yolanda. My husband is Albanian and when the men get married, they live in the same house with their mother and father. In my case, my in-laws died and my husband moved to America before we were married.

    TLC,

    • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Quanto sei ignorante. If you lived in the Bronx for 30 years, why don’t you write TLC in English. You are a moron. Do you even know what goes on in Italy. Lack of respect goes on all over the world. These guys have a great respect for their mothers and my nephew for me. We are a very close family. We have our fights but at the end of the day, we all show our love for eachother and do not carry on with it. That’s what love is….You obviously know nothing about Italians or LOVE.

  • Mike

Wouldn’t you want no fans then fans that articulate like Yolanda. Shows like this appeal to the lowest common denominator.Fact!

    • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Why do you make fun of her. She spoke from her heart and expressed herself the only way she knew. You are speaking from hatred. You are really so ignorant.

      • yolanda berrios

Thanks;) hope they bring the show back for all those haters eat there own bullshit that comes out there mouth, thanks gina from mamas boy from the bronx, authur mamas boys rock ,how u like that mike, why u hating!!! Jajaja

  • Lorri

PLEASE BRING BACK MAMA’S BOYS OF THE BRONX. What a great show. A great bunch of guys you would love to hang out with and mother’s with great comeback lines. I have to say Frankie is adorable. I really miss this show.

  • Gennaro pica AKA (BIG G)

It does not make sence why a group of freind that are just showing the world how much family and freinds mean to them and the way we italian men and weman are rasied to love one anther not fight and act like jack ass’s like the reast of the shows out there today it makes me sick, that the network removed them,

  • Eddie

This show reminds me of the movie, “Marty,” which starred Ernest Borgnine as a 30-something, first generation Italian-American butcher from the Bronx who is under pressure to find a wife. The movie won the 1955 Academy award for best motion picture, and Ernest Borgnine was named best actor.

Momma’s Boys is clearly not as well written as Marty but is just as warm, fun and entertaining. And unlike the guys on Jersey Shore, I find myself routing for the Momma’s Boys, because they appear to be genuine, good people.

I don’t quite understand why certain people are offended by the show. I’m a first generation Asian-American who grew up with children of immigrants from Germany, Italy, Ukraine and Hungary. We all were momma boys. I see myself and my friends when I watch this show.

TLC, you need to give this show the opportunity to find its audience.

  • Rose

Tlc..you really need to brin mamas boys back. What a great shpw brings us back to our roots. Please give us back our laughter. Xo rose and ton

Ditto Mojo. I want to know who is perfect. As far as I know, only God is perfect. You paid your dues Anthony. There will always be people out there who think they are high and mighty and “look for the speck in your eye and not see the log in their own eye”. Keep on the road you are on Anthony.

        • Patti from Mama’s Boys of the Bronx

I can’t believe these few Idiots on this site have nothing better to do but talk about this show and Italians, this is a show about family and children and about funny situations, about kids still living home about doing for your kids not because you have to because you want to it’s supposed to be funny in no way does it make fun of Italian people and Anthony you never have to explain yourself to these Idiots the only people that matter are your family and your friends who love you the rest are haters and that’s a good thing that means your doing a good job because their jealous. So for all the people who love the show and get it Thank you!

WELL SAID PATTI :) THESE HATERS/ TROUBLE MAKERS ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY -JAZZY

  • Loretta Scott

There is a very important point that I must make—-this show is not about Italians exclusively—-I have yet to meet a Jewish mother that doesn’t adore her son and dote on him! Then their is the African American mom’s —-touch their sons and you are in BIG Trouble—-
Come on TLC look at the whole picture111
I have loast two sons in my life time—a 7tr old and 51 yr old—-one thru a aciddent and the other due to alcohol—-I would do anything to have them here with me—cook, clean pamper and love. I have one son left and I adore him—he is married with a family. There were time I thought he would never meet the right girl—-but thank God he did1 And you know what —”Mama’s Boys” will meet the right girl also!! In todays economy the Bronx Boys will set many men who found it necessary to live with mom and dad free—–is that sooooo difficult to understand??? Everyone can relate!

  • Fran

We need this show bAck on the air stat !!! It made me HAPPY :)

        • Tikki

How about Anthony anandoning his daughter that he had out of wed lock?

          • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

You know Tiki, you should not laugh at other people or make comments like that. What would you do if you had a son who made a mistake or had a child out of wed lock, etc. Would you kill him or throw him out? You are so hateful. What he did has nothing to do with his role on Mamas Boys. He is just portraying a lifestyle, maybe not his own, but neertheless a lifestyle. It is just meant for people to laugh. You are a mean person who cannot see past your hatred for this guy.

  • Anna

Tlc unfortunately you didn’t give “Mamma ‘s boys a chance”….it’s the true essence of a reality show…. Could have aired the two remaining episodes to attract the viewers !! Reconsider your decision !!!

  • Sal

This show was great. I personally know some of those guys and that’s really who they are. Some ppl are just never satisfied. Why don’t some of you idiots go back to watching that bull of a show called JERSEY SHORE. That show is still on the air and it’s a prime example of what Italians are not. How many other people live exactly like this. Not just Italians but any other race.

as well as Lucas and Will and the rest of the crew What is better than having a job with everybody you love and respect and can laugh with all day long. The best bunch of people I kmow!

      • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

I agree Chip….well said. We had so much fun doing this. It was easy because we did what came natural to us. I am still doing the same things, nothing will change. All you guys were a great mix. Alex…you are the best! Lucas, Will, Meredith, the cameramen, audio, etc. You were all great….God bless all of you. Thank you to all our fans and critics. Yes even the critics because without you we would not have known how great we really were. Because we got you guys going, we know we did a good job. Whatever happens, we had fun and we showed how great and loving Italian people can really be. Grazie a tutti, Ciao e tante belle cose.

  • BotBypolf

Today is documentation poorly, isn’t it?

  • Debbie Rodriguez

I didn’t even have the chance to watch the show, you took it off too fast!!!

When I watched the trailers on the web, I thought they were precious, because what I saw was the real deal.

It’s an historic neighborhood and to capture something like this, is a treasure.

You should give it more time and promotion. I for one, want to be able to watch this show!

  • Tikki

If tlc puts this show on, they are promoting lies and condoning criminal behavior. Anthony hasn’t lived home since he was 14 yrs old. Life doesn’t work like that. You don’t get to commit a crime, go to jail twice, lie about your family life and get your own TV show. TLC should be smarter than that for the credibility of their network.

    • Christopher Georgeianzo

Shut up Dush bag (lol)ha ha!

    • Patti of Mama”s Boys of the Bronx

Wow you and Mike must be family a bunch of sick jealous people who judge other people Do you have anything else better to do? Instead of worrying about TLC”s. Credibility you should be worrying about your own credibility. And as far as Anthony’s life goes you can make mistakes and pay for them and go on to start a new one. you know nothing about his life you sound like a crazy
      Ex.

  • Christopher Georgeianzo

Why would you(TLC)do this to me and Thousands of other’s who loved watching this show. I will NOT watch TLC until they put this show back on. Fox-TV here I come F____K You TLC 4life!!!

    • Oh Gee….

you won’t watch TLC any longer until they put that trash back on. The truth be known – nobody cares! By the way, you have a filthy mouth. I can understand why you would miss the show by the content of your text.

      • http://chipcecere.com I LOVE MAMAS BOYS

To be honest alot of people do care…maybe not about you..you sound jealous,or maybe your just some jerk who has nothing better to do with his/her pathetic life…your not on tv,and they were…moron

      • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Thank you for hating us Moron….it is people like you that give us the will to go on fighting. We worked hard for this show. We opened up our lives and our homes and tried to bring some entertainment into your homes. It is not our fault that you have such hatred and jealousy in your life that you can’t see past your nose. You are a bitter person.

  • http://www.forum-weselne.com Weselne

Thanks for any other wonderful article. Where else may just anyone get that kind of info in such an ideal manner of writing? I have a presentation subsequent week, and I am on the search for such information.

  • Luigi Gambino

This show “mommas boys from the Bronx” was ok, nothing to write home about but hey there’s lots of shows that are so so!! Didnt really find it entertaining but the guys did try!!!

  • http://www.whichdeals.com/garden/greenhouses.html cheap deals

Hello, i believe that i noticed you visited my site so i came to go back the prefer?.I’m attempting to find things to improve my web site!I guess its good enough to make use of some of your ideas!!

  • http://internetexplorer Grace

Why why why???? This was such a funny and enjoyable show! My husband and I are both Italians and we loved to watch this show. We laughed are heads off. Bring the show back PLEASE!!!!!

  • Fran

Bring back mamas boys of the Bronx we need shows like this lovable good guys who love their moms

  • Toni

I am unbelievably disappointed to learn that this program has been taken off the air. I am generally not a fan of reality television. However, this program was very much the exception. I found this show to be remarkably entertaining. It was filled with humor and familial warmth. I found it clever and fun. I genuinely looked forward to it. I am astounded at the ridiculous programs that have survived the scrutiny of the networks and yet this program was taken off the air after a very brief period of time. I hope that this collection of messages will restore it back to its place on television.

    • Jeanne

It was taken off for a reason – it was tasteless and a disgrace. I am proud of my heritage, a Bronx Italian, but this group was an embarrassment.

      • Aunt Gina of Mamas Boys

Why were we an embarrassment? You didn’t like the way the guys acted? Don’t tell me Italian men act like little saints and do not do the things these guys do. Besides, it’s a reality show, I hope you realize that and you realize that they stretch the truth a little. We are all fun loving people who love our sons and nephew. You never saw the last episodes to see how things end up. As far as TLC is concerned, you will never know what happens to them. You are living some kind of lie. I am Italian….we are not perfect, but we do love everyone. You cannot tell me you are Italian because you are a hater and a jealous person. Va fatte na cacata, stronza.

  • heather

Mamas boys was awesome!! bring it back TLC!!

  • Tikki

Haha, go to Anthony’s “real” house, and see what it’s like, not his “Aunt Phyllis’ house.” oh P.S. anthony and Frankie live in their own apartment together on Morris park. If you want to keep the show as is, just change the name to bronx losers that lie. Oh yea, and fans, ask Anthony is he pays child support for his daughter! Lmao

  • Jeanne

I am a proud Italian and proud to say I’m from the Bronx. I do, however, have to say that I found the show degrading to Bronx Italians and always hoped that my friends and co-workers never saw the show. Those boys give the impression that Italians are illiterate and, if you’re from the Bronx, it makes it that much worse. The best thing that could have happened was this show being taken off the air. Their mothers need a lesson in bringing up their sons to be independent, successful men. They look like smart-ass thugs. This show was worse than Car Guys, which I thought could not get any worse.

    • Tikki

      U got that right

      • http://chipcecere.com MR. GENNAROSSO

OGOD WHAT EX GF IS TIKKI….HONEY YOUR HOLE IS BEAT UP THATS WHY YOUR CRYING..JUST SHUT UP ALREADY HATING BITCH..

    • http://chipcecere.com I LOVE MAMAS BOYS

WHAT IS DEGRADING ABOUT COMEDY?? ITS A TV SHOW! ARE YOU SERIOUS?AND ILLITERATE? WHAT A MORONIC COMMENT..LOL..YOU CAN BE PROUD OF YOUR HERITAGE,THATS FINE,BUT THE SHOW WAS HYSTERICAL AND YOU SOUND LIKE A FOOL RIGHT NOW…YOUR JUST A HATER BOTTOM LINE

    • Judy Presley

Dear Jeanne I worked in a steelmill with a proud Italian guy.He harassed and belittled me everyday cause he said I was taking a mans job away from a man.Too bad he wasn’t a man.He was the worst man I ever worked with.He was self centered and never had a good word to say about anyone. He didn’t even cut his 80 year old Dad’s grass.I was wary of anyone of that culture because of how much he hated me.I was raising a son without financial support from his Father so I needed to work there. Was glad to see different perspective of Italians by this show. They say you can tell a good man by the way he treats his Mother. And I. am sure they are financially helping their Mom”s they are not bums living off their Mom’s.As Marlon Brando said in the Godfather a man that doesn’t take care of his family is not a man.Take off sisterwives who cares about that guy’s sorry life.He is disrespectful to women. These men respect their Mothers.Their Mom’s might take care of them but they also take care of their Moms. And for trash the Kardashians win the prize.I worked in a steel mill with men for 30 years and I don’t use the language they use.I never heard the f word from my parents or sisters growing up.I can’t believe they have a show.Cheers to Mama’s boys. Lots of us Mom’s would love sons like you.And my son is very good to me that’s why I appreciate seeing these guys with their Mom’s.

  • Shannon

I love watching this show because I live in South Carolina. I was raised in the Bronx and its like having a peice of home to watch on TV.

  • NIKKI

I WANT THEM BACK ON. TLC SUCKS

  • SO HAPPY…..

I wish to congratulate TLC for taking that degrading, disgusting, pee-brain show off the air. Good move! I am thoroughly amazed that so many viewers are boo-hooing because they can no longer view this crap. What was funny about it? Not a darn thing. The guys were gross and their mothers looked like slobs. How sad all of you can’t find anything else in life to laugh about. The only time I laughed at this show was when I heard it was gone! I knew it would never survive. If you want to geta real feel for what it was like being Italian in the Bronx, watch “A Bronx Tale”. That’s when being Italian in the Bronx held clout.

    • http://chipcecere.com JOHN JR

A BRONX TALE ASSHOLE?TS A FUCKIN MOVIE JERKOFF..AND THIS WAS A TV SHOW…YOUR JUST JEALOUS THAT YOUR GF PROB WANTED TO BANG THESE GUYS,FUKIN LOSER..YOUR SAD FOR EVEN COMMENTING,YOU MUST CARE THAT MUCH,STFU AND GO BACK TO WORK IN THE BUTHCER SHOP,TAKIN MEAT IN THE REAR…FOOL

      • mike

You know your Italian when you use asshole, fuckin and jerkoff in the first several words of a sentence to express yourself.

  • Pingback: Homepage

  • Nikki

I guess they have to use those words Italian. Or not when you have losers like you and the other one thrashing a reality show no one says you have to like it or be on this site nobody really cares what you have to say and what kind of class do you have to call these guys Moms slobs I hope your not a Mother because that’s what your kids should call you.and if your a Father your a poor excuse of a man.

  • Nancy khader

Loved the show! Take gypsy weddings off (the dumbest show in the world)! Wanna scream everytime that show comes on. But you get rid of mommas boys!! C’mon Tlc let’s be serious! Lol I can’t!!!

  • Nancy khader

And for all of you bad mouthing the show you must of liked something about to find this link. Jerks!

  • Diane

Bring back Mamas Boys of the Bronx!! Loved the show it was funny as hell. Miss them on my Monday nights :( .

  • Annette

Mama’s Boys was a great show. It wasn’t over exaggerated like Jersey Shore. The boys were being real and not fake. Jersey Shore promotes sex, drinking and fights. Mama’s Boys was a real down to earth family show! I love Arthur Avenue, use to live in the neighborhood, this show was good for all the stores on that block.. Put it back on the air!!

  • Liz

TLC!!!! Please bring back the boys!!! Miss the show greatly!

  • Diane

I’m a first generation italian and loved that show!! I have two girls and one boy….you best believe he is a momma’s boy! and the baby to boot. My Italian nonna always said ” girls are a blessing” but if you have one boy they will always be a momma’s boy and there is no age limit to that! BRING BACK THE SHOW IT WAS GREAT….AND REAL

TLC has got to stop this stuff! Mamas Boys was a good show and I thought it was very funny. As an Italian I found it entertaining and it really did have some truth to it. I loved those mamas and the way the boys acted. I wish TLC would reconsider and let us watch the rest of the season. Instead they need to remove Honey Boo Boo..that is a disgrace to our intelligence. And then there was Breaking Amish..Now that show was 1 big lie from the beginning and they let it run the full season. Bring back Mamas Boys!!
